The Clever Space follows different cancellation policies for its Website, Branding, Online Webinars, and other services. Kindly refer to the respective service agreements enclosed in onboarding documents sent via email for more details on the cancellation policy.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to the accounts and billing department of The Clever Space. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, or direct mail, or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the accounts department of The Clever Space will act as proof of the cancellation of service.
The Clever Space follows different refund policy for its different services. Kindly refer to individual service agreements for more details on refund policy.
The Clever Space does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. The Clever Space will act on the agreement signed upon by the client and The Clever Space. The Clever Space does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for any funds spent on search engines, for the services already delivered, or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for The Clever Space, and refunding them causes any loss to The Clever Space.
The Clever Space reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
